1. Online Order:
Select the style on the website and note the color in the remarks when placing the order.

2. Free Engraving:
We provide a free engraving service. Except for some specific non – engraveable styles, please write down the heart – warming words you want to engrave in the order remarks.

3. Get the Address
After placing the order, please contact our customer service in a timely manner. We will provide you with a dedicated address, making it convenient for you to send us the hair or ashes of your beloved pet, which are full of your yearning.

4.Send Memories and Start Production:
Carefully collect 7 – 8 grams of your pet’s hair or ashes and send them to us according to the address we provided. Every strand of hair and every bit of ashes carry your precious memories with your pet. With respect and warmth, we will embark on the production journey. During the production, we will record the whole process on video.
Usually needs 30working days.

5.Confirmation and Delivery:
After the production is finished, we will send you the recorded video for confirmation. Once you recognize this heartfelt work, we will carefully pack and send this souvenir full of love and memories to your hands.
