This Refund and Returns Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate, ensuring that while we honor the individuality of each custom creation, we also provide clear guidance for those rare situations where a return or refund may be necessary.

1. General Principles

Welcome to Nest of Pawsy. We are committed to providing high-quality, uniquely crafted memorial products for pets. Because many of our items are custom-made, they carry special significance and are tailored specifically to each customer.

This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may apply. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

2. Custom-Made Products

Non-Refundable

  • All custom-made products (such as personalized jewelry, memorial keepsakes, or items created with customer-provided materials/ashes/photos) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Once production has started, we cannot cancel, resell, or refund these items, as they are designed to your specific instructions.

Exceptions (we will take responsibility in these cases):

  • Defects or Damage: If your custom-made product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at support@nestofpawsy.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
    • If the claim is valid, we will offer either a replacement (free of charge) or a full refund.

Production Disclaimer
Please note that the color and appearance of memorial crystals may vary naturally. Each crystal is created using the ashes of your beloved pet, and factors such as diet, health, and bone composition contribute to its unique outcome. These natural variations are not considered defects or production errors, but rather a reflection of your pet’s individuality.
Our philosophy is to respect every pet and their uniqueness, and we believe these differences make each crystal truly one-of-a-kind.

3. Non-Custom Products (Ready-Made Items)

We offer a very limited selection of non-custom products. For these items:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email support@nestofpawsy.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. If eligible, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
    3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
    4. The return address will be provided once the return is approved.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions for Non-Custom Products

  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Personal Care & Hygiene Items: For safety reasons, such items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
